Dish Truck Reusables

Dish Truck is a woman veteran owned pollution prevention effort, based in the Finger Lakes region of New York, whereby clean durable dishes are provided to event coordinators, small-scale food enterprises and the general public to use in place of disposable dishware. Solid waste displacement through the use of durable dishware at Ithaca area events provides an immense opportunity to reduce source point pollution, and address local and statewide environmental, economic and environmental justice concerns. By simply replacing disposables with re-usable dishes, we bring the responsibility for our by-products back into the community.

Cincinnati Recycling and Reuse Hub

The Cincinnati Recycling and Reuse Hub (also known as "CRRH" or "The Hub") is a nonprofit organization providing a "one-stop" drop-off location for almost all items that can be recycled or reused, but that can't go into traditional recycling bins. The Hub also picks up materials from businesses and municipalities (for a fee) and from other nonprofit organizations, including schools (for free). Many materials for reuse are donated to over 24 other non-profits, and all materials for recycling are sent to certified recyclers.
